Job Description 

Experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and meticulously document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. 
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. 
  • Work in close partnership with the development team to ensure the successful translation of business requirements into precise technical solutions. 
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, encompassing project plans, progress reports, and status updates. 
  • Participate actively in user acceptance testing (UAT) and guarantee that delivered solutions align seamlessly with the defined business requirements. 
  • Provide unwavering support during system implementation, training, and post-implementation activities. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, making proactive recommendations for process enhancements. 

Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field like business administration or computer science
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal interaction skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Know the use of tools and methodologies for business analysis proficiency. 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is considered a plus.
