Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development of full-stack web applications, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project needs and deliver high-quality solutions. 
  • Provide technical expertise in front-end and back-end technologies in different languages, including JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, PHP, Python, etc. 
  • Architect and design scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring strict adherence to best practices and coding standards. 
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, nurturing their professional growth and promoting best practices within the team. 
  • Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and ensure overall code quality and maintainability. 
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process when applicable. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to perpetually enhance processes and amplify the team's efficiency and productivity.
